Please provide me with copies of all written communication and documents from 31st August 2009 to the date of this letter internal to your department between any and all officials, Ministers, any other staff and external consultants or other contractors discussing, analysing or referring to the future of the acute hospital sector in South West London including but not limited to Maternity services and Accident and Emergency services and especially the future of such services within Kingston Hospital NHS Trust.

Please also provide me with copies of all written communication from 31st August 2009 to the date of this letter between your department (including any and all officials, Ministers and any other staff and external consultants or other contractors) and any or all of NHS London, Kingston NHS PCT, NHS Richmond, NHS Wandsworth and Kingston Hospital NHS Trust or the management, clinicians, other staff, external consultants or contractors of these entities discussing, analyzing or referring to the future of the acute hospital sector in South West London including but not limited to Maternity services and Accident and Emergency services especially the future of such services within Kingston Hospital NHS Trust.

Freedom of Information request 3

Dear

Please provide me with copies of all documents, working papers and studies including drafts, prepared, received or reviewed by the group or working group known as Healthcare for South West London and a copy of the recent document or draft documents summarizing NHS London strategy for the hospital sector across South West London, which I believe is titled “The South West London Strategic Plan”. Please also provide all sections of any NHS London strategy paper that refer in any way to Kingston Hospital NHS Trust from the 31st August to the date of this letter.
